Explore Solar System rules inside Interstellar Empires. Learn about garrison protection forces, resource depletion bounds, map-to-portal invasion mechanics, and asteroid belts.
Solar Systems are neutral resource nodes defended by NPC units. Defeat the defenders before you can occupy the system and gather its resources. You can attack a Solar System through the Galaxy Map with fleets, or use Scout Symbols to reveal its Portal symbols and dial the discovered address to attack through a Portal with ground units.
