Darkspace Incursion
Defend alliance members from visible fleet attacks launched by a dark ship on the Galaxy Map, earn combat points, and compete for global rewards.
Topics covered: Darkspace Incursion Galaxy Map Invasion, Waves & Rewards
Darkspace Incursion is an alliance defense event with visible fleet attacks. An Alliance Owner or General starts one run during the event window. A dark ship appears on the Galaxy Map near the activating member's home, and each wave sends a visible attack march from it to every active participant's home. Once a run starts, alliance members cannot leave or be kicked until the run ends and automatic injury restoration finishes.
Players need a level 1 Galactic Observatory to access the Galaxy Map. The event locks eligible alliance members when the run starts. After five minutes of preparation, twenty escalating waves launch every two minutes and take one minute to reach their targets. Each march carries Rangers, Guardians, and Phantoms in Interceptors and Cruisers, with Battleships joining from wave 10. The fleet has enough capacity for its ground units, and battles resolve through space and ground combat. Ground wave sizes use the same cubic growth and world-age scaling as Void Invasion: 1.0x through day 60, 2.0x through day 120, then 4.0x. Defeated participants stop receiving later attacks but can reinforce survivors. Defending units suffer injuries rather than permanent losses. Participant injuries heal when the alliance run ends; injuries to non-participant reinforcers follow normal healing rules.
Individual points come from the influence of invading units defeated and are split by combat damage. A defender who holds their base earns a 1% survival bonus for that wave. Active participants receive 3x reinforcement points and eliminated participants receive 1.5x when reinforcing survivors. The top 100 players receive phase-scaled Astromite, Credits, and Catalyst Dust rewards. The dark ship disappears when the alliance run ends; any remaining marches and injuries are cleaned up when the event closes.
